I am opening a business and paid $59 for a logo design. They have submitted 3 logo updates and their website says "unlimited" revisions. Haven't seen a revision for a month now. Here is the latest email from the guy:

Well your not getting a refund. Well you suck as a customer. So. Lol two can play that game too. Its going to be as long as its going to be. Dont like it. Well to bad. Thats how its going to be. No you didnt wait that long. You made it that long. Should have been precise in the beginning. Would have been less then a week.instead you had to keep asking for revisions. My website does not state how long each revision will be.
And another:
I wanted to work and you demanded a refund. So now chill the h*ll out. You will receive your revisions as soon as they come in. Tuesday. Dont like it. Tough sh*t basically.
Its not the money, its the principal. This guy is an arrogant twerp who took my money and never performed his service. I have also reported him to the Michigan attorney general.
