Ripoff false promises rip off scam con artists liars ripoff fraud business Colorado

Fraudulent charges applied to my Callling Card; Advertises 15 cent a minute CC calls on my bill; agreed to maximum of 35 cents per minute; charged over one dollar per minute; continues to bill for long-distance service past the March disconnect date. Refuses to send an amended bill or communication with supervisory staff. This is blantant fraud. They are billing for over $1400.
