I placed an order on March 16 Order Number: 11846 paid $88.95 at checkout through this company's website. I forwarded an email the following day to request a tracking number as I do with all internet distributors if they do not provide one right away. I placed a call and left a message-never received a call back. I forwarded another email and was informed that shipment would be sent out on Monday March 23. I placed another email on March 23 in the afternoon regarding shipment of my order informing the distributor I have not received a tracking number and if they were unable to complete an email containing a tracking number, I was going to contact my financial institution to reverse the charges. The representative Bill responded to me saying I was arrogant and cancelled my order but indicated that he was going to charge me a restocking fee and delivery cost even though shipment has not occurred-no tracking number. I will allow 5 business days to verify if full return has been provided but I truly believe that this website and business owner is a scam and should be watched with a close eye.
