Place an order for a Chi Hair Straightner on December 7th, was then provided with a confirmation number and USPS tracking number.
Received an email from above company the next day saying it was delivered, I checked USPS tracking number when I did not receive package and the tracking number was for a package that was delivered to a different state in September.
Notified above company and was provided with another tracking number, the 2nd tracking number also attached to a package delivered to yet another state on 12/15.
Money was deducted from my account, item still not received.
