I ordered dash mats for 2 cars, I was sent an email with an order number confirmation right away. Also, my credit card was charged right away.in this email it stated that the dashmats take 10-15 days to make and then I would be sent an email with a tracking number. That was on June 22.
It is now over a month later and I still have no tracking number. I have sent numerous emails and left numerous phone messages and have not received a call back or an email. I was able to get someone on the phone one time and was told he would cancel the order if it had not already been shipped and if it had been I would get the tracking number that night or the next morning. Surprise. Surprise!!! Still no tracking number a week later.
I am now filing a claim with the BBB and FTC. Do yourself a BIG favor and don't ever order with this company.
