On 3/10 I ordered a Palm Tungsten PDA from Lowest Price Mart.com and was emailed about a week and a half later that my order had shippped. I have still to receive this order. Their order tracking site did not provide a tracking number.
I paid $139.58 for this item and would like to know where it is. I tried calling twice this week and got their answering machine. I left a message with my name and phone number, but I never received a call from their customer service department.
I would like for their company to provide me with some tracking information and a full refund of $139.58. This is the first time that I have never received an item from an online order.
