One month ago, almost to the day, I placed my order for a t-shirt and dvd that gomerch had "in stock." Turns out, neither item was in stock, but I was assured they would be shipped soon. I received a tracking number with the USPS several days later.
Two weeks after receiving the tracking number for the shipment I contacted GoMerch again (by email) because the USPS still had no record of the shipment. All I received in return was an auto-generated message saying "here's your tracking #, it may come in handy..." I'm paraphrasing of course but you get the idea. I continued to check that tracking number for several more days. All this time the "order details" on their website claims the order has shipped.
Now, one month after placing the order and after two solid days of calling them every five minutes and not getting an answer, I still don't have my shirt/dvd, the USPS still hasn't received the shipment, and GoMerch isn't responding to any type of communication (phone, email, or AIM).in fact, if you called GoMerch right now, you'd get a busy signal - I called again just to be sure - yep no answer. Let's see if they'll talk to the BBB.
Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother doing business with GoMerch.
