Deceit, disregard for customer, not wanting anew customer, over 2.5 hours on phone no resolution

Recieved my starmate 5 radio in mail other day, tried to hook it up with a pre paid card from bestbuy. Today 3/5 I was on phone total 2.5 hours.

Sirius website does not function properly, I tried firefox and internet explorer on multi pc's, a host of their link buttons do not work. Downloaded new flash player still no help, used site map found a way to get it registered that way.

I only got to point where it asks for my best buy prepaid card, it accepted it, then said on next page no subscription options' avail. Did it over and over still nothing. Called them on phone, lady was nice said something is wrong even I can not see where your ESN number will allow u s to pick a subscription choice for you.

Told me to take it back to retailer, this I told her was not an option for me and i assured her this was a brand new product never opened, I had the sirius brown box (shipping box) with their logo as well as contents inside in sealed hard plastic vacuum pack. I asked what is trouble was this used before?

She said no, not at all, in fact we can not find your ESN key code in our library.

I'm like ok so what does that mean? She would put me on hold many times, came back said well maybe send it back I said I can not do so, it was from my works rewards points website (a cheap way for companies not to pay their workers proper pay they pay us bonus with these reward points), and with the crash of banking industry they pulled the rewards site down, I explained to her. I said this was a legit purchase not ebay, I said I had to pay taxes on it, so I am out something, I said but my company sure had to pay for it.

I asked for a manager I got a fellow named "NET " He claims the same as the lady and said I can not guarantee you will get a call back from us, I am like Huh? But as of now I cant help. I said but it is not a used product and the Label included in orange states DO NOT TAKE BACK TO RETAILER IF PROBLEM, says call Sirius and it was with the Sirius LOGO on the orange paperwork. I said this pamphlet was in the box from Sirius.

He did not care, said I can't do anything.

I said ok let me get this straight

I am now out a Radio and A Best Buy Prepaid card cause The lady had me scratch off the Code to enter it to sign up.

And I said your business is like cell phones you practically can give away the phone or in your case a radio and reap rewards from a customers subscription.

I take it you do not want a customer? Why can I not send the unit back to you? You yourself state the ESN # is not in your system so we can conclude it was never used therefore a possible defected unit but wont replace it to gain a customer?
