Since July we have not had one correct billing. None of the payments we made from July to March were propertly credited. The received a "final payment" check sent certified we never received credit.
We have contacted Attorneys General in Illinois, Utah (where their parent company Icon is located) and our in Washington State. Neither SAI or Icon will respond to any of the letters or calls from the Attorney Generals Offices.
Now Anderson Crenshaw & Associates is the collection agency representing these 2 firms.
All 3 firms on your complaint and have been reported to the Better Busines Bureau as well.
