Deceptive, Untrustworthy, beware! Of them, will hang up on you, do not trust!

In July a sales rep from SAI came to my house and said he wanted to check to see if my alarm system was updated. He notice that my alarm system was outdated and offered me a new alarm system with no installation, equipment, or activation fees with the agreement that i would put SAI signs and stickers in my windows to help promote SAI/ICON company. On the contract on lines 1,2, and 5 he drew a line threw the activation fees waiving the charges.in August i got an overdraft on my bank account, when i talked with my bank they told me my account had been drafted twiice from SAI for $39.99 and $33.00. After several attempts and holding on and being hung up on i finally spoke to customer service, who told me the $33.00 charge was for a $99.00 activation fee. I told her the activation fee was surposed to be waived and she asked me to fax a copy of the contract and my bank statement and she would take care of it. The following month there was another draft for $39.99 and $33.00. Again after going through the same thing i went through the last time to reach customer service they told me i had to pay the activation fee. She told me that on line 5 where 198.99 with a line going through it, that the. 99 was the activation fee i had to pay. She told me she would contact Grant Jackson the sales rep to verify the activation fee was waived. After many attempts and being again hung up on i was unable to contact customer service. Because of several failed attempts to contact customer service i was forced to close my bank account. 3 months later i recieved a letter from SAI requesting an update on my bank account because they were unable to draft my bank account for payment. To my surprise there was a phone number on the letter that i called and they actually answer and they were only interested in getting their payments, they did't seem to care about the issues i was having with them. At this time the issues was not resolved so i contacted the bbb. The bbb went back and forth with SAI. The last response was from Mary Yooning stating that she had no more authority over my contract with SAI. The bbb closed my case on January. On May i recieved a called from a lady name Nicole from SAI billing department requesting information to draft my bank account. I told her about the complaint i filed with the bbb and the issues i had with them. She told me about an offer to waived any uncollected payments, interest, or fees that had accumulated as long as my account stayed current the remainer of 2008. I asked if i could send the payments in a money order and she said the only option was to draft my bank account. I told her i was not comfortable giving them my bank account information because of the issues at hand. She again said my only option was for them to draft my bank account and if i did't take this option they would send my account with SAI to collection. I asked her if they could send me a statement i could take to my bank with the amount i am authorizing them to draft my bank account for, so nothing other than what i authorize would come out of my account. Because i did not trust SAI. She again said no. I recieved another letter in June requesting bank information, and another letter in July notifying me that ADT was with ICON. 1 week ago i recieved a letter from Anderson, Crenshaw, & Associates, L.L.C stating that ICON Security assigned them my account to collect a debt in the amount of 2,791.55. They are absolute rip off.
