After moving out of a house that they managed, they did not give me back my full security deposit even though the owner said that we could have it all back. At first they said it was a mistake and the would mail me the remainder that they owed me. When it didn't come, I called and they said they forgot, they will get it out right away. Never came. Two more times this went on. Then they stopped answer the phone unless I dialed *69 to block their caller ID. They will not respond to letters or email either. It has been 5 months since I moved out of that house and I'm still waiting for the rest of my security deposit.
