Ripoff slumlord landlord outfit stole my $1200 security deposit after i was a good tenant for 12 years in a fix it myself rental. They lied and avoided me. They have ripped off lots of others too

I rented a house from this ripoff agency for 12 years. They never fixed anything the whole time. Then, when the owner decided to sell, they fixed the roof, rotten floors etc., After i moved out, they avoided, lied to me, put me off about my security deposit.

They even had the nerve to say that they had no proof i ever paid a security deposit at all. I had receipts though, and they still never paid me back my $1200. I moved upstate and couldn't get back to pursue it in court. The owner, Katherine Romaine just kept putting me off and stalling me.
