When i got my phones for sprint, i had to pay $300 for the security deposit. They had some mishap with my account, and had to make a new account and transfer stuff over. During that process, they lost my security deposit, and had also had to give me some credit on what i have overpaid.
Now when i call to ask for my security deposit back, after it being 1 1/2 years later, they say i didnt pay a security deposit. Then acouple days later, they say they had already given my deposit back to me. I havent recieve any 300$ credit or check. They are withholding a large amount of my money.
