Before moving out, I had paid the $35 check-out fee and carpeting fee upfront. When I got my security deposit refund back, the check-out fee had been deducted again, and my interest from my security deposit had not been added (lived there for 6 years so worth wanting back). Not only did I call and give a verbal report of this, but also put this in writing to send to them. I have called every week since I have moved out about this; the receptionist has said she would call me back and never does. The receptionist has refused to give me the name and number of a supervisor or their regional director who supposedly is working on this. I moved out over 3 months ago and this has still not been resolved. If you have any plans of getting your deposit back or getting honest communication from Granada staff, DON'T MOVE HERE!
