Just recently transferred a business lease account. This company would not release my security deposit even though they collected a security deposit from the new clients. They will not release the security deposit to me at the end of the lease either, they said I will need to "WORK IT OUT" with the new owners. I don't know of many company transactions that work out so well that agreements after the fact would be honored. I believe Pawnee Leasing is a rip off because of their double security deposit requirement and because they will not issue me a refund of my security deposit.
