We had a Sprint/Nextel for 19 months of a 2 year contract. Was current; never late. Never went over our minutes. Had unlimited walkie-talkie use. Then one day in November went to use the walkie-talkie and got a message that said "unauthorized user" on both myself and wife's phone. Contacted Nextel, and they claimed "they never heard of that message".. After numerous complaints to them, and they weren't interested in resolving the problem "WE" quit paying.."They still wanted us to pay throughout the remainder of the contract which is up in April and said just "use the phone part even if the walkie-talkie doesn't work".. We refused to do so, and now these "chicken shit/parasites" have put a negative on our credit..
