My bank account was charged without my permission and I was sent phones that I did not order I was told that they would fix things and compensate me and I'm still waiting Ripoff

I called Sprint on July 16 to inquire about a new hibrid phone that they were saling. They switched me over to Nextel saying the phone was from Nextel. I spoke to a customer service representative asking him a few questions about this new hibrid phone. I explained to him that I was currently a Sprint customer, and my contract was not up. I told him that I only wanted to switch because I had more friends using walkie talkies which are only availibleon Nextel phones than I did on ready link through Sprint. I explained that I wanted a phone that could replace my current phone and provide me with walkie talkie services.

He told me that he had a hibrid phone that would give me Sprint services Nextel walkie talkie capability and it also had a camera. I asked him if I could switch my service without any early termination fees and also keep my same phone number. He said yes you may switch at no charge and keep your number. I then told him that I wanted to see if I would qualify for the phones.
After putting me on hold hed returned informing me that I could have three phones on an account. I told hime that I needed two phones and repeated to him the features that I wanted the phones to include.
He asked for my credit card information and I gave it to him. I then asked how much the phones were because I couldn't recall if he told me.

He told me the phones that I described were $79.99 with a $40.00 mail in rebate. I told him that I could not purchase he phones until July 20, when I got paid. He told me that in order for him to process my order I had to make a payment up front. I told him I couldn't do that, and I didn't want to continue with the order. He then told me that he could give me addional savings off the phone if I went to money gram that night because of a twenty-four hour promotion they were having. I refused and repeated that I did not want to proceed with the order and made clear he did not have permission to charge my account.

The following day I called my checking account, and learned that my account was in the negative fifty dollars. After speaking to a bank teller I was told Sprint came into my account and with drew one-hundred seventy three dollars. After contacting Sprint they transfered me over to Nextel I expalined what happened and Nexel offered to credit my account twenty-five dollars (my bank charged me thirty-five) and I hung up on her because I felt insulted.

On Wednesday July 19, I returned home about 8:00pm to find a box on my porch. I opened the box to find two phones and not the two that I had discussed on the phone with the rep. After calling Sprint I was again forwarded to Nextel. I spoke to John in retention to find out how to send the phones back.

John asked me what could he do to keep me as a customer and I replied nothing because I was lied to and had only gotten one foot in the door. John said that he wanted to satisfy me and keep my business and would compensate me to keep. I explained everything to him and he placed me on hold. After returning to the line he said that his supervisor had approved him to waive any fees and switch me over to the hibrid phone and I could keep my number.
I said that's fine but what about the phones I inquired about, and was sent something totaly different even though I didn't order anything. John said lets port you over first then I will work on the phone issue. I made it clear that I wanted all or nothing. I spoke with John from 6:30 am-12:00pm, and at noon I was told that because of the price of the phones that I was described they could not give me two and no additional price but, could give me one and upgrade my other phone and apply the money that was taken out of my account to that phone.
He told me that I was all set and would recieve the phones in three to five business days. After that I would recieve lables to ship the other phones back.
I was then told that my account would show a negative balance that would allow the system to think a payment was payed up front for the exact amount of the two phones.

Sine the 19th of July I have been switched to and from every department of Sprint and Nextel and none of them can locate this John rep or find his notes on my acount.
I've called daily to ask why I hadn't got the phones that were to compensate me and each day I've spen four hours on hold being transfered back and forth. I closed that account and asked to be switched back to just the Sprint side and they are now refusing to port my number back or replace my money back into my account. They refuse to honor what was promised to me and refuse to let me out of their contract. Plue I've gone days without a cell phone. Their forcing me to honor my contract but woun't honor their promise to me.
