Ordered an outfit from this online store (they had the only on on the web) and I got an immediate confirmation that my order had been recieved. Then, the next day I got confirmation that it shipped... And I waited 2 weeks... Finally, I contacted the company via email.
Whomever responded to me was rude and gave me the tracking number and envelope description and said "well, it is not our problem. We sent it." That was it. I asked for a refund and they refused. I called the 1-888 number listed on the website and got a hostile employee who informed me that there was nothing she could do. I asked for a refund or replacement and she, again, told me that it was not their fault that I "couldnt keep track of my mail." She basically insinuated that I was trying to scam them. Awful, awful, awful customer service. Probably worse than target, if there is such a thing.
