I ordered a hat from urbanclassgear.com, and was immediatly charged. After about two weeks i began to wonder why i had neither heard from them to confirm my order or recieved my hat. I contacted them and they informed that my hat would be shipped by midweek and i would recieve a tracking number.
Well, a week went by and no tracking number. I contacted them again, and they once again said they would send it by the end of the current week. However, I still did not receive my hat or a tracking number. I contacted them again and they were very rude, which i found quite offensive because they had given me false information twice.
About two weeks later (1 month and a week after the initial order) i finally recieved a hat. The problem was it was neither the right hat or in satisfactory condition (the bill was bent). So i contacted them and they said if i sent the wrong hat back, they would send me an exchange.
So i paid to have the hat shipped back. 1 and a half weeks later i recieve a tracking number. Oddly, its the same tracking number as the one i got for the first hat. When i contact them about this they say simply say we will look into it. It has now been 2-3 weeks (over 2 months since the initial order) and i have been charged, had to pay to shipping for a wrong hat, and still have not recieved my merchandise. They are extremely rude and will not anwser my questions. I have asked for a refund but every time i do, they ignore the request and say the hats been shipped but i never recieve anything.
