Placed an order on 10/23 and paid $2 for a tracking number so that I could keep tabs on the items I purchased and ensure they didn't get lost in the mail. Tracking number NEVER worked. It didn't give me any tracking information. The best I got was that on 10/28, the items shipped.
When I contacted customer service for tracking information and assistance, they continually told me, "don't worry about it" and told me tracking information is not updated on time and I should track it myself. The then gave me a tracking website that is completely seperate from their own that I would have had NO way of knowing about had I not emailed to complain that their website tracking didn't work. I call major scam on that one. They are charging people for tracking information and then not even giving them the tools to track items on their own!
To top it off, it has now been almost an entire month since my order was placed, I have NOT recieved any part of my order, and the tracking website that they gave me DOES NOT WORK. When I enter in my tracking number it tells me that it cannot be found.
So I have a month old order that hasn't arrived, supposidly shipped over 3 weeks ago and I have no way of tracking it. Each time I tell them that I demand a refund I am told there is nothing they can do for me.
