HORRIBLE Customer Service, No Refund after Product Returned

I ordered a dog bed on 4/24/09. I received a confirmation email detailing the order and that it would be shipped within 3-5 business days. A week later on 4/29/09, I was charged the $39 for the bed. Several weeks went by and the order did not show up. I began calling and emailing the company regularly. No one responded. Finally on 5/13/09 I received an email stating they had a computer virus and would ship my product no later than the next morning. They also offered a free collar, which I declined. Another week goes by and I don't see the order and hear nothing from the company. I emailed again. On 5/20/09 I get an email stating that there were problems and my order was shipped yesterday. Again, no nice explanation or tracking number, just sorry and your order is coming. Another week went by and despite my calls and emails requesting a tracking number - no one responded again. I also wrote the company and demanded a refund because it was over a month and I had not received the order.

I finally received the item at a later date, but complained to the Better Business Bureau for a refund and huge lack of customer service. The company said they would give me a refund if I shipped the item back. So I did. Now, it has been two weeks since the delivery confirmation and still no refund. I will complain on every website and public forum possible until I receive a refund!!
