I attempted to order one pan via the website. I entered my credit card info, and received an email confirmation that I ordered a complete set for $349.95. There was no order number to track. I immediately called customer support, to cancel the entire order, and called again every day for the next three days. Each time I was told that there was no record of my order. I contacted my credit card company, plus I checked daily to see if a charge was forthcoming. On the fourth day, Orgeenic customer service told me that the order was shipped earlier that day and sure enough, my credit card was charged $599.98!! I still did not get a shipment confirmation email. My advice is do not order on their website. It is misleading; you do not get to review your order prior to submission. I cannot track this order, or verify the ridiculous charges. Customer Service is very cognizant of this problem and will not help to resolve it.
