Ordered some wine aerators from www.homeandwine.com in November and made the mistake of paying by Paypal. The order was acknowledged and the money withdrawn from Paypal.in Early December homeandwine.com canceled the order but didn't refund the money. Disputed this with Paypal who agrees that I have a valid claim but they can't do anything about it (don't buy on the web using Paypal as they only honor eBay claims).
Homeandwine.com only have an email address, don't answer the phone number I was able to find on the web, and never respond to emails. The web address has only existed since October and the site has now moved to become an Amazon web store.
In short this firm is a giant rip-off.
