In November I ordered 2 Vintiri aerators at a cost of over $84.00. I was told delivery would occur in 5 days. When no delivery occured I made a series of e-mails to discover the problem. The company had changed from Paypal to Amazon and would not be able to fulfill the request. They would, however, keep my money. The resolution department at Paypal agreed they owe me money, but are unable to secure the funds from HomeandWine.
Unfilled orders occur every day in the business world. Ethical companies find a way to replace the goods or refund the money. This company is simply guilty of theft. They have to intention of returning my money, or returning my continuous e-mails.
I want everyone to know of their unethical business practices. This company should be shut down!
