In November I placed an order with Home and Wine, and paid via paypay. A few days later I received an email from Home and Wine stating that they were not shipping my product because they were not longer available at the price I paid. They further stated that in order to get my funds back I would need to file a dispute with paypal. I use paypal for several purchases and was surprised to learn that they could not reimburse me.
Apparently Home and Wine owes them and others a lot of money and I am on their resolution dispute list as claim granted - but since there is no money I am unable to get a refund. My bank was also not able to assist since paypal was an authorized receipient of my money.
Home and Wine moved their site to another Amazon store site. It appears they may keep moving around and just ripping people off. I am out $140. Not a large amount compared to some, but I am furious that they keep getting away with this.
