Ebay.com in order to proceed with a listing on our account on ebay, they obliged us to open an account at paypal.com and get card verification. When we opened an account at paypal, paypal informed us that they can't get verification for our card from our card and they didn't charge us any amount which they would refund in case they could charge, after the verification.
So we informed paypal that since they can't get a verification & since they didn't charge us anything, we close our accounts on paypal.
But after we closed our accounts we saw on our bank report that after the closing, paypal charged us for the amount of 3,5euro without our permission and without informing us.
When we contacted them, they admitted that we are right and it's their mistake but they never refunded the amount to our card and they stop communication with us & never replied to our emails.
