Nov I ordered from Zeroads to stop the annoying ads from popping up, It did not work so I asked for a refund within a week of the order.
Made a mistake when I ordered and hit the paypal twice, and paid them twice, I explained the error to Paypal and them and wanted my $59.90 retuned to paypal account.
As of this date I still get emails saying they will check into it for me but they are using a third party for refunds. I asked for the third party email or phone # but never got them. They also said that the third party sent my refund to paypal on two occasions, checking with paypal they never did. I kept all the emails they sent me on my computer.
