I bought a Taylor Bathroom Scale from there. When I got it home, it didn't work, I changed the batteries, nothing would get it to work. I tried to return it, they refused saying "Since I bought this 4 months ago there was nothing they could do" I even had the receipt. They have a policy here, if you have the receipt and as long as it hasn't been a year, you can return to get a new product or a refund.
I cited that policy to them, its even there on the customer service desk. They still said they couldn't. I then asked to speak to a manager, the manager said he would give me the refund. However I never received a refund, new product or store credit.
I asked the manager about it, he said "I don't remember ever saying this to you". $20 down the drain for a defective product.
