We bought phones in MD from t-mobile and was offered $35 rebate per phone (3 phones included) and that we would get the rebate in 6 weeks. I called in October and was told to resubmit my rebate offer which i did (twice). I went to Costco from where i purchased to phone and the guy spoke to his manager. It is December and i still have not gotten my rebate. I feel like i am being pushed around.
I want to know if there is any way that i can get out of our 2 year contract for t-mobile without the fee because they have not lived up to their services and i do not see why i should live up to mines with this company.
