Never Shipped Product but Charged my Credit Card

I ordered a case of tea from this company. Great product and looked like a reputable place to purchase from.

I continuously sent emails and followed up to see when my order would arrive. For the longest time it was out of stock. Now when I type my order in it says it was shipped and delivered 3 months ago. Unfortunately i don't know where and no-one is getting back to me from the company.

They charged my credit card and took a payment for a product I never received. Very poor customer service.
