Profiting off of fraudulent charges

After I was robbed in South Africa, I called T-Mobile to suspend my service. I was taken to an automated service that asks you why you want to suspend service, I chose 'lost or stolen phone'. The automated service then tells you, "your account has been suspended, in order to reactivate this number, you must call back within 30 days, or be charged up to a $200 termination fee. To suspend other lines, please press one, otherwise hang up.'

I got back to the US about one week later and checked my online account and noticed that the phone was still active and that there were $1100 worth of international roaming charges made in South Africa to South African phone numbers. T-Mobile claims that I never called to suspend this service (they called it customer error). I provided T-Mobile Customer Relations with a copy of the phone bill noting that I called T-Mobile from a South African phone and was charged for this call; the number (1-877-453-1304) is shown with the date (Nov 20th), time of call, and length of call. I also provided them a notorized copy of the police report that shows my T-Mobile Sidekick was stolen at 12:30pm that day. I also included copies of my boarding passes and itinerary showing that I was already back in the country (US) when many of the calls were made from South Africa.

T-Mobile continues to say this is my error and has not resolved this issue and that all charges are my responsibility (as well as the termination fee). When I called to speak with a supervisor, he said that he was going to report me for harrassment because I asked if I could speak with his manager.
