Charged Me Twice For Bill and refuses to give me a refund

On December 8th t mobile charged me twice for my Dec bill. I named about the 9th after I observed what occurred and that I instantly called customer service.

After talking to the client care consultant I had been informed that I'd possess a complete reimbursement for that next cost delivered to my consideration in 5-7 business days.

I waited per week but still no cash, i subsequently named again about the 18th of Dec and was informed by both consultant and boss that there is no reimbursement statement submitted which the money was set as credit towards my bill.

I told them that used to do not need or request it to become credit towards my next statement which I had been informed I'd obtain a reimbursement of my income. The boss explained that it had been difficult to obtain my money-back which there is nothing she might do to provide me a reimbursement?

I put up and named back this time around talking to another repetition. She said there is a reimbursement published on my consideration however it wasn't submitted, she subsequently filed the reimbursement and explained I ought to obtain my profit 3-5 times, therefore today I'm waiting till mon of course if not I'll contact again.

How could it be that t mobile created the error of receiving me twice for my statement and today there's nothing they are able to do to provide it back? Its rediculous.
