I requested a set of shades on 3.19. On 3.21 the cash was removed from my bill. On 3.27.12 I obtained a contact stating my spectacles were stopped and requesting me to select another set. Used to donot need another set and requested to get a return. I subsequently obtained another mail requesting me to select another pair, to that we responded declaring once more that used to do not need another pair, I needed my cash back. On 3.29 I had been informed the cash could be in my consideration in 3-5 times. On 4.10 I still did not possess the reimbursement, approached them-and they stated it had been previously prepared. I approached my lender (who never includes a wait on something-once they obtain it, itis completed) and was informed they'venot obtained anything concerning a reimbursement from SmartBuyGlasses! And so I approached SmartBuy again plus they stated they'd deliver me evidence of the reimbursement on 4.13. It's today 4.17 and that I have not obtained the reimbursement or evidence of the reimbursement and am going right through my lender to complete a to obtain the cash back.
