I obtained an email recently that I had been billed by Avangate with purchase #13792952 to get a restoration of 1x Sophisticated SystemCare Pro v5 plus they debited $19.95 from my Pursuit bank account, they did this this past year and that I could contact them-and obtain a reimbursement after weeks, however now there's no body that'll return this as after I named the Avangate telephone number 650-963-5701 and spoke to "Annmarie" I had been informed I requested the product and that I informed her used to do not and he or she struggled with me with this and said it was a revival I required and that I eventually stated I simply wanted a reimbursement as well as for the automated restoration to prevent, she stated she'd deliver an email to Iobit seeking my reimbursement and might deliver mean email confirming this reimbursement was arriving and also the the restoration was halted. I subsequently obtained an email from Iobit stating they obtained a demand and that I needed to contact them via an email address to verify I wanted this reimbursement, I attempted to and also the email was returned back again to me plus they never and can't obtain it, I subsequently named Avangate again and was informed they might deliver another email and they had ceased the restoration but couldn't provide me a telephone number or provide me a boss or deliver mean email themselves of something they'd completed and didn't provide a cause, I subsequently obtained another email from Iobit again confirming I'd requested to get a reimbursement and may not contact them-and it explained to get hold of them using the same unavailable email.
