Diet Present Shop deduced an unauthorized quantity from my bill. I called instantly and was released a verification number for my reimbursement. I had been advised a reimbursement could be picked back again to my consideration within 5 business days. Which was on 12/8/08.By today 1/16/09 I've not gotten my reimbursement. Every time I contact the client support point, the broker informs me they're having pc problems and weighs on me. I'd been calling every single day for just two months. I eventually got through and was informed my reimbursement have been raised for their corporate workplace. Which was 14 days before. I named nowadays, and was informed the reimbursement continues to be 'pending' plus they were having computer problems. I inquired what promise I'd have that my reimbursement could be prepared, I had been guaranteed it'd be returned to my consideration by in a few days.
In my opinion the corporation is just a scam. I'll not relent till I obtain my money-back!
