I had been dissatisfied with the vonage service and so i selected another phone service which informed vonage of the change. Vonge okayed it. They withdrew the next month fee for services they didn't supply. I named vonage. They offered me 2 free months to return for them. Next, i obtained a notice from my bank of nsufficient resources and charges for that. Vonage had removed cancellation fees of never shared to me or written in the literature i obtained. I approached vonage however they refused to refund some of my money. I'm a on low income which caused me serious financial loss and stress. Therer needs to be some consumer protection out of this selfish organization. They stold money from me. How do you obtain any restitution? Sally petipren 586-435-6837
