Offers Far Below Value for Antiques Despite Fair Price Claim

On TV they said that they make a "good offer" for merchandise. On the phone they said they offer "a fair price." They offered a fraction of what the items were worth. It was not a fair offer.

I feel the woman did not know anything about antiques, and I feel she was not honest.
