Ever since I signed up with Comm South its been nothing but hell. Every time I pay phone bill, my phone gets cut off and it takes them 3 weeks to turn it back on. I got a regular and past due notice on the same day, then my phone got cut off 2 days later when I paid the bill. Its bad enough that I still have phone, but when I call the company I have to wait an hor and half on hold before someone gets to me, then I get re-routed, and then I have to sit and listen to a rude customer rep tell me that my phone should be turned on about 3 days, and then 4, and it keeps going on to all these just to shut the customers up. If they couldn't handle startng a business and actually taking care of the customers, then they shouldn't even have started it. It makes me wonder if they went to business college.
