Well as my mother is an elderly woman, and she paid her phone bill twice to Comm South, they still cut her service off, and she is on the kidney machine and goes 3 times a week, and needs her phone service, when I contacted them they were not only rude but uncooperative, I then went to her doctor and got documentation and faxed it to them and nothing still has been done about her phone service. If you could please help in anyway I would appreciate it. As she has now paid them twice and still has no service.
