T - mobile takes your money sent by "billpay" then, when they miss apply the money to another's account uses small print in contract to get you to pay more or disconnects you. No ifs, ands or buts! ALBEQUERQUE, New Mexico

T-mobile has terrible customer service and is defensive and unaccommodating when they realize they have made a mistake. Rather than correct the mistake they use bullying tactics including disconnect threats and "read the small print" to make you pay teice including late fees when the accounting mistake was theres! I completed my contract and fired t-mobile for poor customer service!!
