T-mobile is the only business I've delt with to screw up automatic deductions. The first month they claimed the charge was returned due to insufficiant funds but the bank tells me they didn't receive any charges from t-mobile and there was ample funds in the account, the next month they charged the account to my joint savings account rather than the checking account, the only business to ever make this mistake in years of automatic payments. Then, even though I prompty advised them of the mistake and paid the bill from another account, they charged it again, and marked my account as delinquent due to the 35 dollar charge they added to it. Customer sevice was no help whatsoever.
