Rip-off I paid $249 for the processing fee & was told that I would receive the card 3 weeks later The office is now closed

I was contacted in October about an offer for persons with bad credit. The card was to allow those like me to transfer ohter debt onto the card. The initial cost for the processing fee was $249 which I had debited out of my checking account.

The company took about one month and a half to sent me out the information. I phoned them everyday to see why there was a delay. They finally sent out the package through first classs mail.

I called again after sending the information back to see if they had received my response. I was notified that the response was received on Dec. 5. At this time I was told that the called would take 3 weeks to get to me.

I called again after the 3 weeks and was told that there was a delay because of the holidays and that the called would be mailed out on Jan. 6. I called again and now the office is closed with a message saying that the cards are still on the way without a forwarding telephone number for the company or the bank.
