CCPC, Empire Advantage MasterCard Activation Kit ripoff, telephone fraud, false information Bel Air, Maryland

Telephone call from a company named Royal Star Benefitz offering a credit card for $3,000.00 with a one time withdrawal of $249.00.

The money was withdrawn from my bank account on Sept 3 and a package was received on Sept 15, with a Stored Value MasterCard Activation Kit with 0% APR, I mailed this back for receipt of the MasterCard on Sept 15.

I have been calling 1-866-493-2861 since Sept 20. I initially received a contract number also a pin number on Aug 21 when I was contacted, along with contact number and dollar amount of the credit card not a debit card.

On Oct 15 I finally received a letter MasterCard Activation Information. Telling me this was not a credit card but a pay as you go MasterCard offer, and to contact the company that sold me this program if its not what I was expecting. Now, you can just imagine!!!
