Yes, my name is tasha brown and i was ripped off by liberty benefits.
They sent me a yellow post card in the mail affering two credit cards with a $4,000 credit limit, a sattelite dish, and a cell phone. They obtatined my checking account information and said that my package would be shipped 4-6 weeks after they have debited my account.
This was in september. I called, called, and called and kept getting voice mail messages.
After finally getting through at the end of october a rude customer service rep. Said that i would get my order by the end of the month and refused to let me speak to a supervisor.
I continued to call still getting voice mail holdin message. Finally getting through the second week in january a representative said i should be getting my order anyday now adn blamed the delay on the amthrax scare and sept 11 tragedy.
She said my order was hipped on decmber 12. It is now january 23 and i still do not have my order and now when i call there is an operator like message saying " this call not allowed" and then spells out p-u-a-n-y.
I called information and they no longer have a listing for liberty benefits and have no idea what that message that number is giving means.
Please someone help me get my money back because i have been ripped off. Thank you, tasha brown
