On 9/7/08 I received a call from Sears saying the microwave that was under the manufacuture warent was repaired. I drove a trip of 35 miles round trip to Chico CA for Paradise CA to get it. Upon arrival I waited 30 minutes while the employees looked for it. They said it wasn't there and told me I had to call a number in Sacramento to find out where it was. I called Sacramento and after having to push a number of buttons and wait on hold I got a person who said the call had been a mistake. I am on a fixed income and with gas costing what it is I can't afford an 35 mile trip for nothing. Then I was told my microwave would be ready on 9/16/08 although the original date on my receipt says 9/9/08. I was also told I would have to call first to see if it was ready or not but the person on the phone could not tell me if I should call Chico service or Sacramento or how to get around all the buttons to get to a person.
I am very disatified with the service and the product which broke three months after I purchased it.
