I got my Qwest phone bill and noticed it was almost double. I have comcast tv and internet. Qwest allowed an additional ESBI RESIDENTIAL EMAIL 13.95 mo bill and 1.00 billing charge to my bill. Why is Qwest not screening the thieves who add these charges using their "good" name? Guess what? I no longer have Qwest as my phone provider. Beware of bogus charges through your not so trustworthy phone company. Who is getting rich while the "servant" class pays their rent.
