I recently notice that voice mail and long distance were added to my Qwest bill via this company esbi. I have not ever ordered voice mail or long distance!
How does this happen? I called Qwest and I was instructed to call esbi to have these charges taken off. I am not even sure how long this has been going on.
I called esbi and was told that my account # did not even show in there system so I called Qwest back (again) and finally got a solution I could work with.
The Qwest rep told me to pay for my regular services minus the esbi charges. I can't believe that Qwest phone company doesn't know this is going on. I plan to file a complaint with them as well and then the BBB.
This whole experience leaves me frusterated. I really wish I could do without a phone and computer!
