ESBI and Residential Email placed a 14.95 charge on my Qwest bill that was never authorized. A complaint filed with the BBB against ESBI indicated that the company cannot be reached and they could not follow up. Qwest removed the charge and placed a block against ESBI and Residential Email. If they hit you with a charge that was unauthorized, probably all their charges ask the phone company to escalate the reversal of the charge and block future charges from the company. The internet is littered with complaints against both companies. They will not stop until criminal or civil action is taken by govt authorities. Try filing complaints with the BBB, the FCC and the State Attorney General. Maybe we can stop this kind of fraud!
