I was looking to buy a stroller for my Godchild that was advertise as free shipping. When about to check out a price of $20.00 was added to the total price for shipping. I called the company to requier about the free shipping advertisement that was beeing offered, because at the time of cheak out i was still being charged a shipping amount. I spoke with a sale rep who said that it was a typo and there was nothing they could do about it. I then asked to speak with a manager who was in agreeance whih his emploree VERRY RUDE he disregaded my needs aand stated he would only take 5% off shipping or I just not buy the item. What type of company is this. If something as simple as this happens imagine if I had a problem with my order.
