Verizon Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky... That is you Verizon. What country do you think you are in that you can try to rip off an individual? I am on a fixed income and you think you can add an illegal charge of 14.89 to my bill. ESBI is charging me this amount for something I do not understand and will not pay. Now you say I will be turned to a collections by not paying. I am horrified at your lack of integrity.
On 8/23 I opened my phone bill and was shocked that it was so high. I checked for errors and found that a Company called ESBI had charged me 14.89 total for a service I don't even understand. On Aug 1, I have a listed long distance call to Clearwater, FL with this number727-512-7820. I checked Verizon's telephone directory and that number is one of their many numbers. Please someone explain this to me.
I am going to the local Verizon office tomorrow morning and they will hear from me. They will find out that you do not mess with "Older People". I am so furious at their lack of integrity.
